I thought it would be better. I will have to listen a second time. I didn’t think it was worth $97.00. I have a lot of other Dani’s products that are a lot better.

I am NOT a real estate agent and we just started in real estate investing and I listened to this training and ONE little advice from it changed it all...my husband and I sounded too formal in our conversations. I do appreciate hearing about what to say once I do start finding real estate buyers. But I am new in real estate and what I was really hoping for was help learning how to generate leads and find buyers. I have a business facebook page I post on regularly, a website, and work in an office on Main St. in the town I work in. But I haven't had a single opportunity to work with a buyer. I am in the mountains of North Carolina and it seems that buyers are usually coming from out of town either to move to our area or to buy a vacation home here. I don't know who these buyers are or even where they live. How do I find them??

She shows how to close, and tells of her experiences with other agents. As someone who has purchased lots of property, she tells what works with marketing, closing, building relationships, and keeping the business going!
